Shipping Policy

How much is the shipping?

All shipping costs $10 usd.

What is the deadline for shipping?

Orders are shipped from Brazil, shipments are made once a week usually Thursday or Friday. The postage period is 15 - 40 working days. After the order has been shipped, wait for the tracking to update.
Please keep in mind this a small business with handmade products. My producing and posting times may not be as fast as those from big stores. International orders arriving from such sources may also take longer to be processed in customs, so make sure to put your order early on, should you have a deadline.

Does my shipment come with tracking?

Yes! Tracking will be sent to your email once your order is shipped. Updates can take a while, so be patient.

My shipment is late or did not arrive, what should I do?

After the order is shipped, all responsibility for deadlines rests with your local post office. Check the tracking to find out where your shipment is, updates may take some time. Some countries may hold international packages in customs for a specific period of time, check your country's import policies. If the delay has been longer than usual, please contact your local post office for more information.
If your shipment still cannot be found, please contact me.

Refund Policy

I received the wrong product, what should I do?

E-mail me your order number and pictures of the wrong items. In that case I will send you the correct items.

Refunds or exchanges

I don't accept refunds for items that have been shipped correctly and are undamaged.
I don't exchange items after order processing. Check all items before making payment.
I am not responsible for refunds when the shipment is undeliverable, when the buyer has damaged the item or provided the wrong address.
If your package is lost and you cannot find it with your local post office send me an email with your order number.

Cancellation

Orders that have already been processed and/or shipped cannot be cancelled. Check the items you want to buy before making the payment.

Pay attention to import fees.

International purchases may be taxed in your country, I am not responsible for these fees.
If the customs fee are not paid and the order is returned, I can refund the product cost, but I'll not refund the shipping fee.
